If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return new and unused items in their original condition, in their packaging with all accessories, tags and related articles within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags, identification stickers and packaging and must be in the original condition and must be received by AquaSkinz Corp. within the allowable 30 day period. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. AquaSkinz Corp. reserves the right to refuse the return of any item in which the product has been damaged, used or sent back after the allowable period for returns. Aquaskinz Corp. reserves the right to replace a discontinued model with a current model of our choosing. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them with 48 hours of receiving your order. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, we will contact you and let you know. If you wish to wait to have that item sent, we will do so after receiving the item into our warehouse.


UPS Ground: 1 - 6 Business Days - Dependent on where the package is shipping.

Note: Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available.


Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

Please Note: International orders will be processed and shipped once billing address verification has been obtained. The package must be shipped to the billing address, this verification must be verbally received from the card holder's bank. Your confirmation does not reflect international shipping charges. You will receive an e-mail with shipping options and quotes for your approval. Your order will be processed when we receive a response indicating your shipping choice and approval of charges.


We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to locations within New York State at the current sales tax rate.
